How long does RÜBBELBERG last?

Long time. Through the heating and the alcohol content everything that could become bad is completely neutralized and preserved. After a while the egg can settle a little from the grain. But this is more of an aesthetic problem. By shaking the bottle, that's done.

Does RÜBBELBERG have to be in the refrigerator?

Not for reasons of durability, not even after opening. For reasons of taste, we recommend storing RÜBBELBERG in a cool place. But the tastes of our customers are different!

What's "premium" about it?

First, the ingredients we use. From organic grain to organic egg yolk and organic bourbon vanilla, everything is finely and thoroughly selected, 100% organic and sustainably produced. Compared to conventional egg liqueur, we have greatly reduced the sugar content and instead work with the natural sweetness of vanilla. Almost one whole pod per large bottle is processed at RÜBBELBERG, as you can see. In addition, we have deliberately developed our RÜBBELBERG to be more supple and less viscous. We wanted less pudding and more elegant liqueur.

Milk or cream?

None of this, RÜBBELBERG is 100% lactose-free.
